We are seeking a warm, organized, and creative leader to help grow and guide our children and youth ministries. This flexible part-time position is ideal for someone passionate about faith formation, community, and working with children and families.<\/strong>

Qualifications:<\/strong>
\u2022 Background in education, theology, ministry, or related experience preferred
\u2022 College students and emerging leaders are encouraged to apply
\u2022 Experience working with children, youth, or church education programs is a plus
\u2022 Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
\u2022 Comfortable using email and social media for communication
\u2022 Ability to recruit and support volunteers
\u2022 Must support the welcoming and progressive mission of our church
\u2022 Background check required
\u2022 Must complete UCC Safe Church\/Boundary Training (or be willing to complete shortly after hire)

Responsibilities<\/strong>:
\u2022 Coordinate Sunday School programs (Nursery\u20138th Grade) during the school year
\u2022 Prepare or organize weekly lessons and support volunteer teachers
\u2022 Maintain communication with families through email, social media, and other outreach
\u2022 Help plan family events, youth activities, special Sundays, and seasonal programs
\u2022 Lead Vacation Bible School planning and summer programming
\u2022 Work collaboratively with church staff, volunteers, and the Christian Education Board
\u2022 Attend monthly church leadership meetings

Position Details:<\/strong>
Part-time: approximately 13 hours per week with flexible scheduling. Some seasonal weeks (Christmas\/Easter\/VBS) may require additional hours.
